I thought this was a unique project. The home owners gave us a picture of what they wanted in there house. We used rough sawn Fir from a mill in Oakley Utah. The hardest part was trying to keep the timbers from twisting. We set the bulk of the timber on a Friday then when we arrived on Monday to finish some of the timbers had twisted. to fix the situation we added the timber on the wall (which was cut tight) to keep everything stable.
